The Canadian Green Building Awards [SAB Awards] recognize excellence in the design and execution of Canadian residential and non-residential buildings of all types, including new construction, renovations and interior design projects. A jury of distinguished professionals will adjudicate the awards based on criteria of sustainable design, architectural excellence and technical innovation.
Winning submissions will be fully publicized in a Special Awards issue of SABMag, on the SABMag web site [www.sabmagazine.com], in the media, at selected trade shows, and in an Awards Ceremony at the CaGBC Narional Conference. Eligible projects must have been completed within four years of the SAB Awards submission date of a given year.
[For the 2012 SAB Awards, eligible projects must have been completed between January 1, 2008 and February 29, 2012]. Each project will be submitted in your own standard-sized binder containing your sustainable design project description [according to criteria in the entry forms], drawings [site, plans, section and relevant details], and photos. Entry forms with full details are available upon registration. Payment is required only when a project is submitted.
